PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy has been prepared by Segment Bilgisayar Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“ Company ”) within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and specifies the terms and conditions regarding the processing and transfer by the Company of personal data that the User shares or generates with the Company during the use of the contents of the Company’s website www.rampage.com.tr (“ Website ”) by users, visitors, members and other persons (“ User or Related Person ”).

Your personal data is processed by our Company, acting as a data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, in accordance with the following explanations. Anonymized data is not considered personal data under the Law, and processing activities related to this data are carried out without being subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data:

5. Rights of the Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

In accordance with Article 10 of the Law, the Company informs the Data Subject of their rights; provides guidance on how to exercise these rights and carries out the necessary internal functioning, administrative and technical arrangements for all of these.

• To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Explains that they have the right to demand compensation for damages in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

6. To Segment Computer Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company Application:

Data Subjects may submit their requests regarding the implementation of the Law by completing the Personal Data Protection Law Data Subject Application Form ("Data Controller Application Form") available on the website and submitting them to the Company in the manner specified in the Application Form. The Company will process requests included in the application as quickly as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged at the rate set by the Board. The Company may respond to such requests in the manner specified in the Application Form.

If the application is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or the application is not responded to within the timeframe, the relevant person may file a complaint with the Board within thirty days from the date they learn of Segment Bilgisayar Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi's response, and in any case, within sixty days from the date of application. A complaint cannot be filed without exhausting the avenues described above.

7. Storage Period of Personal Data; Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization:

• There is no possibility of realization,
• The period required for the performance of the service offered to the User by Segment Bilgisayar Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi has expired or
• If the retention periods specified by relevant legislation and Segment Bilgisayar Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi have expired, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. This personal data may only be retained as evidence in potential legal disputes or to exercise a relevant right related to personal data.
